Strawberry Fields REIT joins Juncos Hollinger Racing at WWTR

Speedway, Indiana (June 5, 2026) – Juncos Hollinger Racing (JHR) announced today a new partnership with Strawberry Fields REIT ahead of this weekend’s Bommarito Automotive Group 500 at World Wide Technology Raceway. The collaboration brings together two organizations built on long-term vision and operational discipline.

Strawberry Fields REIT (NYSE: STRW) is a publicly traded healthcare-focused real estate investment trust ("REIT") specializing in skilled nursing and acute care facilities, with a portfolio spanning more than 140 properties and over 15,000 licensed beds. The company has established itself through disciplined growth, strong operating partnerships, and a commitment to delivering quality environments for care.

The partnership reflects a shared philosophy between JHR and Strawberry Fields REIT – success built through consistency, preparation, and a commitment to long-term performance.

“In INDYCAR, sustained success comes from preparation, trust, and executing consistently under pressure,” said Dave O’Neill, Team Principal of JHR. “Strawberry Fields REIT has built its business around long-term thinking and disciplined growth, which aligns closely with how we approach building this race team. We’re excited to welcome them to Juncos Hollinger Racing and represent their brand this weekend at Gateway.”

As part of the partnership, Strawberry Fields REIT branding will appear on the No. 76 JHR Chevrolet for this weekend’s race, marking the company’s debut in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

“We are excited to partner with Juncos Hollinger Racing for this weekend’s race at WWTR,” said Moishe Gubin, Chairman and CEO of Strawberry Fields REIT. “High-level motorsport demands focus, execution, and teamwork – qualities we value deeply in our own business. We look forward to supporting the team this weekend and introducing the Strawberry Fields REIT brand to INDYCAR fans and investors around the country.”

The Bommarito Automotive Group 500 takes place Sunday night, June 7, at World Wide Technology Raceway, with live coverage on FOX beginning at 9:00 PM ET.
