Welcome to the Juncos Hollinger Store’s Refund & Exchange Policy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patronage. Kindly review this Refund & Exchange Policy before making a purchase. Placing an order with us indicates your agreement to the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
We gladly offer refunds for eligible items within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- The item must not be categorized as an exception to our refund policy (see “Items Not Eligible for Refund” below).
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund:
Certain items are not eligible for refund or return, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Gift cards.
3. Initiating a Refund:
To initiate a refund, kindly contact our dedicated customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, item description for return, and the rationale behind the return.
4. Returning Items:
Should your refund request be approved, we will furnish you with instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs linked to the return. To ensure a secure exchange process, we recommend using a tracking service for your shipment. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any items that do not arrive, and unfortunately, we will not be able to process refunds for items that are not received at our Head Office.
5. Processing Time:
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and communicate the status of your refund within 5 days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 7 days of order receipt. We will guide you through the return process, and upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and provide a replacement or full refund, covering return shipping if applicable.
We understand that there might be instances where you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant. We’re pleased to offer an exchange option within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- Provide your order number, item description, and specify the desired replacement item (size, color, variant) in your email.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the item for exchange.
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its eligibility (unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase), we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. If there is a price difference, we will provide instructions for making the additional payment.
- Please note that personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange unless they are damaged or defective. Our exchange process is subject to the availability of the desired replacement item.
